The Basement Blues

Sometimes when I have a lot of projects due, I will spend all day in the house devoting my times to said projects. Especially in times like these, it can be easy to forget to take a step into the backyard to soak in fresh air safely near your house. I came up with the idea for this week’s post, The Basement Blues, a few weeks ago. While it can be great to be productive, do not forget to treat yourself to self-care. Enjoy and stay safe everyone!
