Grief. Sadness. Joy. Frustration. Apprehension.

 

When emotions like the ones noted above or any other ones stare in the face, how do you respond?

 

Do you sit and stay in the emotions or leave and ignore them?

 

Either way each emotional response has their own time and place. Taking space away from the emotion may be useful when the intensity is powerful. However, sitting in the feeling and emotions serves the purpose of gaining clarity and a semblance of understanding through reflections.
