Silence
Sometimes silence is peace.
Other times silence is much more.
The pause of having not having an answer to fill in the pieces.
The weight of the wait takes over mind.
Silence can start out as nothing.
A void of not knowing a matter could be filled with weights of negative thoughts.
One weight added is bearable.
After time, the silence piles up with additional weights of negative possibilities.
One negative with another keeps the mind weighed down.
The numerous weights from the silence keep the wellness bar difficult to adjust.
Reps of various activities of self-care work to soothe the mind.
Once a personal strategy is figured out,
Then the negative weights are moved away.
Again the mind is back at peace.
