Bloopers

One of my favorite parts of watching a Jackie Chan movie is watching the bloopers which come along with the end credits. After watching one of the films again recently, I kept thinking about bloopers. Thus, this week’s writing of the week Bloopers focuses on life with such a lens in mind. Read, connect, and reflect.

Bloopers

If only life was like the scripted shows on TV,

Showing the highlights of a character’s story.

This would make life easy.

Yet, life is much different than that set-up.

Life’s more of an inverted film or show.

The highlights of each day end up being low key

Compared to the loop of bloopers filling the days.

Either get caught up on each blooper of the day

Or learn and grow from each blooper.

Some days the highlights outweigh the bloopers.

Down the line those bloopers become the bonus features shared with those most trusted.
