Gratitude List 2020

As Thanksgiving is approaching, I have been thinking more about what to be grateful for during this chaotic and uncertain year. Instead of listing out a couple of items like last year, I started to first approach my gratitude list with a list of potential for posting on here. What will your list look like this year?

This year has had a bunch going on.

It is back to the time of everyone being thankful for parts of life.

Will this year’s gratitude list be only enough to fill a part of a post-it or a full one?

Will there be enough for list to move onto an index card?

Will there be a number of items to fill up a piece of notebook paper?

Or will there be a list of items piling up to fill a poster board?

No matter how long the list ends up to be,

Acknowledge those wins for the year

No matter how small or big.

Do not ignore the negatives,

But also do not be obsessed with that side.

If you can find one area to be grateful for that can be enough too.
