Echo

Echo

Many questions roam through my mind during ambiguous times. If they run through mind too, you ought to know that you are not alone. One of the ways to get through some of the questions is reflecting on yourself. Thus, this week’s post, Echo, reverberates the reflection throughout the writing. Learn, connect, and reflect. Enjoy!

Echo

I was walking around trying to find my direction.

Questions were swirling inside my head.

Then, a cave on the side of the nearby mountain caught my eye.

I walked close enough to the cave to peer inside the darkness without being fully inside it.

I decided that I would shout into the darkness.

What am I supposed to do, do, do, do?

The echo response of the cave ricocheted back at me.

I thought that I would try again with a new question

Where am I supposed to go, go, go, go?

Again, the echo punched me in the gut.

Third time has got to be the charm, right?

I might as well give it another try.

Who am I, I, I, I?

Still no reply from the cave.

I sat with my questions by myself.

After a half hour, I turned around leaving the cave on its own.

I walked off with my questions keeping me company along the way.
