No, I am not talking about your favorite outfit.

Also, I am not talking about a fit of rage or emotion.

What I am talking about is something different.

What are the best ways for you to get through each day?

Everyone does not do the same routine and tasks to get from one day to the next.

You can try to copy another person yet struggles and barriers will appear.

The reason for this is each person is unique for handling life.

Ideally, people will maneuver through life in healthy ways which work with who they are.

However, it is difficult to know what works for another person let alone yourself.

Thus, the importance of self-compassion while finding the best fit for healthy coping skills.

The answer will not necessarily be found on first attempt.

This process will be one of trial and error.

Toil, resistance, and adjustments galore.

A quest that will be forevermore.
