Honestly, this week I had a difficult time thinking what would work for this week’s post. I have a few writing ideas in mind for the future which need more development to them first. Do you listen to yourself or talk to yourself more?

One means taking in the automated thoughts of negative and positive as heard.

The other means going the extra step to counter the negative detrimental thoughts.

Listen to yourself can aid in reflecting introspectively.

Talking to yourself allows for going to the next steps for the future.

Talking to yourself allows you to take control instead of feeling no control.

These two aspects are a fragile balancing act.
